Best bottom sheet EVER!

I absolutely HATE sleeping on wrinkles. Would drive me nuts. I tried for years various solutions. Clips and elastic bands... the works. Then I found these four-way stretch sheets and problem solved! They are almost all cotton, another must for me. Just 4% something else (to make them stretchy, I presume). Very comfortable, not hot, not cold. Just perfect.

My only complaint: a few months ago the black king size was out of stock. I called and was told they were on order and would take about a month, and was also told I would be contacted when they showed up. A month later no call, and they were out of stock again/still. So I called again and left a message, and never heard back. A month or so later I saw one in stock and bought it right away.

So I got my sheet eventually, but no thanks to your customer service. At about $150 for one bottom sheet, I kinda expect better customer service than, well, none.

First of all, thank you so much for your great review.
I do remember talking to you and giving you an estimated arrival time for new black King-size sheets. Shortly after, the fiasco hit. We didn't know anything anymore. Tariffs changed practically every day, officials were running like chickens with their heads cut off. We didn't know - and frankly still don't know - if or when or how we are supposed to receive new shipments from Germany. Since the confusion over implementing and processing these new procedures continued to worsen on either side of the Atlantic, the shipping of parcels to the U.S. eventually came to a complete halt, as you might have heard. I was frankly embarrassed to call any of our customers to tell them that we had no clue or answers whatsoever to their inquiries. We always stay apolitical, and it's hard to get into a conversation about a sensitive subject like this without being tempted to agree with one side or the other.
Anyway, several weeks later, we did receive one single carton with twenty sheets. One of them happened to be a black King-size sheet; I believe it was the Saturday before you ordered. On Monday, I updated our inventory, and, yes, I should have called you right away- that's on me, and I sincerely apologize for that. It only hit me when I saw your name on your order the next day. I agree with your statement about the expectation of some level of customer service, especially at this price level. Believe me, I am doing the best I can, I guess all of us here do, but it might not be enough. We'll see. Unfortunately, we have no wiggle room anymore. So, once the tariffs really hit us, together with currently unknown additional shipping/brokerage/and customs fees, we will have to face some difficult decisions.

I apologize for the long explanation, however, we (usually) take the time to answer every customer's message personally and as detailed as we possibly can. I did not give you a list of excuses. I just thought that you deserve the truth of what happened and why I personally screwed up. And again, I sincerely apologize for that.
