RETURN GUIDELINES

Returns And Complete Refunds Including Full Shipping Costs:

We pride ourselves upon the exceptional quality of our Jersey Knit Fitted Sheets and total customer satisfaction is usually guaranteed. However, should the rare occasion arise that our merchandise was delivered in the wrong color or size (labelled on packaging), returns will be accepted on unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will completely refund the purchase price including full shipping costs.

In the extremely unlikely event that our Jersey Knit Sheets are flawed in any way (fabric damaged, sheet too small), well-founded returns will also be accepted within 30 days of receipt (packaging required). Missing or visibly damaged items should be (if possible) reported within three(3) business days of receipt. You obviously have the option to exchange a damaged item for the same item. Otherwise, we will also completely refund the purchase price including full shipping costs.

When your order arrives, we recommend that you inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to any item(s) in your shipment, please report it to us within 72 hours at 412-854-1684 or contact us per email. Please keep all damaged item(s) and related packaging material so you can send the item(s) back to us. Visibly damaged items should be (if possible) reported within three(3) business days of receipt. In these cases, we will also completely refund the purchase price including full shipping costs.

A certain degree of color deviation from the online Color Chart on this website is normal since every computer screen displays colors in a slightly different way. Other causes include the time of the day or the viewing angle. These are not usually grounds for a full refund, however, if the color deviation is too great, we will refund the purchase price on unopened and unused items only.

 

Processing Applicable Refund(s):

Please contact us or call us at 412-854-1684 if you have any reason for a merchandise return. Once your return has been approved, please securely wrap the item(s), include a packing list and a reason for the return so that we can expedite the refund processing. Once we have received the returned item(s) in an orderly condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed.  Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be refunded to the card number. If you paid by a check or money order, a refund check will be sent to you after we have received and inspected the product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@egino.com.

Any returns that are not in a condition explained above will not receive a refund and may be returned back to the original recipient at the recipient's expense.

 

Restocking Fees:

If you ordered the wrong size or color, the shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. In addition, there may be a 25% restocking fee for items returned.
There might also be a 25% restocking fee for items returned opened and unused if none of the above conditions for a return apply.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation). Any packages that have not been received by Egino Home Textile Solutions and any tracking information cannot be provided by the courier or the customer, will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Any packages returned to Egino Home Textile Solutions marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" will be subject to return shipping charges.

If none of the above conditions for a return apply, all sales are considered final.
