I had to write and tell you i **LOVE** my fitted sheet I got from you.

My previous sheets could barely hang on to the corners. It was pitiful. Your sheet was exactly what I needed and was looking for.

My 2-cents-suggestion: Change name of green sheet from "Sage" to something else. It's not grayish or slate-bluish enough to qualify as "Sage". It's too *greenie*. Throw a little green into the "Graphite" color, and then you'll have "Sage".

No, I do not want to exchange mine. It's too late anyway, I washed it before I even put it on the bed.

I'm **very, very** happy with my sheet. Color is not that important to me. The fine quality of the jersey is what I was after and
you nailed it!

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go dig myself out of my driveway (6th day)!! My back is killing me. But I look forward to getting into my comfy bed at night with my Egino fitted-sheet.

Deceptive

The description says 'sheets'. The product only has the bottom, fitted sheet. Singular. When ordering sheets, plural, one expects a top and bottom sheet. That's not the case here. And for the price asked for, to only include the fitted sheet is downright dishonest.

Do not order this sheet until these jerks make it extremely clear that you are only getting the fitted sheet, singular, and that they do not offer matching top sheets.

You are right, we should make it clearer to point out that you only get one fitted sheet. Our Home page's headline says 'The Gold Standard Of Fitted Jersey Stretch Sheets - The perfect sheet '(singular)' for your perfect mattress. Made in Germany.' Our entire website does not once mention 'sheet sets'. In fact, all our individual Product pages have 3 tabs, 'Description', 'Details' and 'Please Note'. The third tab 'Please Note' contains the following: ''Soniodoro Perfetto®' is a fully stretchable fitted Jersey Knit sheet of a European, specifically a German wellness sleeping system and as such does NOT include a flat sheet or pillowcases. It is therefore important to color-coordinate the sheet(s) you order with any of your existing flat sheets and/or other bedding accessories using our extensive 'Color Chart.'
Additionally, the first 'Description' tab also contains in italic letters 'Fully stretchable fitted sheet. Made in Germany' with an adjacent link 'Learn more...'. When clicked, it takes you to a page describing 'The Fully Stretchable Jersey Knit Fitted Sheet For The 'Perfect Golden Dreams'.

The fitted (or bottom) sheet is often the most underrated part of a bedding system, even though it is the most crucial and important one since the entire body weight rests on the fitted sheet...etcetera'.
We designed our website to give as much information as possible about our products. Unfortunately, for space reasons, we rely on in-page links to display all of these details.
The plural in the headline of our Product pages refers simply to the fact that sheets in one color come in 3 different sizes, therefore plural, White sheets in sizes Single/Twin/XL, Queen/Queen XL, King/California King, for instance.
We have thousands of customers within the U.S. & Canada, and approximately 67% are repeat customers, and, of course, they know what we are about.
However, sometimes, with all the detailed descriptions and information we offer, we tend to to forget that new customers might not be familiar with our brand, like in your case.
