Absolutely terrible. The feel of the fabric is like sandpaper. When I woke up my leg was red from moving in my sleep against the fabric. Totally rotated. The other beige was not the same field, it was smooth. This one was like rucksack

As indicated in our phone conversation with you, we were horrified and shocked after reading your message and we would like to express our sincere apologies for the discomfort you experienced with our sheet. This should have never happened!

We have never had a single complaint about roughness of the fabric in our 19 years of operating here in the USA. This is unacceptable, period!

We instantly suspended sales of the light-pink King-sized sheets until we pinpoint the root of this issue.

We emailed you a return label and immediately credited you the full amount of the purchase price plus S&H costs, a total of $136.50, back into your account.

We will replace your sheet, as discussed, with a new one. This is so embarrassing as we value and appreciate every single customer we can serve, especially since we are such a small family business.
